The Head of the Cooking Club, a Neurotic Sharp-Tongued Closet Otaku

A young man who disrespects everyone indiscriminately, astonishing even the adults. He's a cynic who feels the need to scoff at everything, and closes himself off from everyone other than Muneuji, his childhood friend and mayor of Ward 8. Contrasting his harsh nature, the chocolates he makes are a gem of sweetness, so much so that even Muneuji pesters him for them. He's secretly a hardcore otaku for a certain type of work, and considers Sanseiu-sensei to be a god of the community, losing his mind whenever they release a new piece.
